As the World Cup is coming up, we are having our own competition in school. Each class picked two countries out of a hat in assembly. The children will be learning about their countries as part of our ‘people and places in other areas’ Geography strand. They will also be working on their map and globe skills.
The class who has the country that wins the World Cup will be the champions in our school! They will win an extra PE lesson in a sport of their choice! Here is the draw:
